AC Lockout Panels from AC General provides a simple, safe, and effective way to comply with OSHA regulations for de-energizing your factory test equipment for maintenance. 

Our panels provides positive lockout of AC power from an Equipment Rack. The panel can serve as a primary power entry panel to your test rack. Other features may include mating cables or connectors, multi-source power inputs, and network/signal IO ports.

Using our lockout panel is simple. Disconnect your facility power source, close the Hinged Door, and secure it with standard Electrician’s safety locks. Quick, safe, and reliable OSHA compliance.

Features

  • Designed for 20A, 30A, 60A, and 100A electrical service

  • J1 will accept NEMA L21-20P or L21-30P

  • J2 will accept 400 Hz, Hubbell 45985CL (non-NEMA)

P/N 020-120AC Output Lockout Panel, Three-Phase 120/208 VAC 20A 400Hz

Panel includes pre-mounted 20 Amp Three-Phase 400 Hertz Locking Receptacle with 6 foot power cord that connects to a 400 Hz power source. Designed to lockout an output power source.


  • Output receptacle (J20): 400 Hz, Hubbell 45985CL (non-NEMA). Mating connector, Hubbell 45915 (not provided)
